CKY are set to play a special club show this Friday 6th November at London’s Barfly. With CKY normally appearing at venues ten times the size of the 200-capacity Barfly, a hot-and-sweaty, high octane show is guaranteed! Tickets, priced £14 (includes booking fee) are on sale now from link and link. The show is a 14+ show, with a 10.30pm curfew.
The Pennsylvania-based four piece were originally due to appear at the Hellfire Festival in Birmingham, but due to unforeseen circumstances beyond CKY’s control, the organizers of the festival have cancelled this Friday’s event. Obviously this is disappointing for the bands Midlands-based fans, but CKY promise to return in 2010. CKY’s current album, ‘Carver City’ is in stores now.
The band commenced their current tour yesterday in Dublin, with the remaining UK dates as follows:
Mon 2nd Nov – SWANSEA Vice Rock Club
Tue 3rd Nov – SHEFFIELD Leadmill
Wed 4th Nov – GLASGOW Garage
Fri 6th Nov – LONDON Barfly
Sat 7th Nov – PORTSMOUTH Wedgewood Rooms
