Hadouken! release a new single from their forthcoming second album on 18th January 2010. ‘Turn The Lights Out’ is an indicator of a harder direction for the band and the perfect taster for their second album, due in January of 2010. Recorded alongside the album tracks with producers of the moment Noisia at their Groningen studios, the track melds a dark string section worthy of the Wu Tang at their finest to a low slung pure evil bassline and is a call to arms for clubbers, partyers and giggers the length and breadth of the UK.
Hadouken!’s return has already begun with their M.A.D track picking up huge coverage across Youtube, the official video featuring a rampaging Mouse on the town shooting straight to the top of the viewed charts on site and registering near on half a million views to date. With uber vlogger Shane Dawson taking the track for his Halloween special and adding millions more to that total, Hadouken’s return to prominence, and their position at the forefront of using the web to engage with their fans, continues apace.
Prior to the release, the band take to the road for an extensive UK tour through November and December. With a well deserved reputation for incendiary shows and a tour list that will see them visit towns and cities across the country, these shows will be an early chance for their devoted fanbase to hear the new tracks and for newcomers to get a first taste of Hadouken! live.
