Middle Class Rut – All Walks Of Life

Middle Class Rut, also known as MC Rut, was formed just over a year ago in California and already has a formidable live reputation as an alternative rock band with more than just a hint of that old punk attitude. “All Walks of Life” was previously part of the EP “25 Years” but is now released as a download only single. This is not one destined for the charts, but is well worth checking out nevertheless.

Howling vocals overlay a screaming guitar, while relentless drumming and crashing symbols complete a garage sound that has tremendous energy and drive. It comes as something of a surprise to learn that this is a two piece band, given the richness of the sound. Vocalist/ guitarist Zack Lopez and vocalist/ drummer Sean Stockham clearly have a combination of talent and desire to succeed and their debut album, on which they are currently working, should provide further evidence of their undoubted talents.
