Electro pop hasn’t gone away yet. Silverclub have yet to have their say, and here is their first EP.
And how do they fare? Well enough. “Answers” the first song says it all. The music is fairly basic, minimalist and very repetitive. The hard work seems to be done by their vocalist who tries his best to keep things interested. In fact if anything this is more of a solo act with music accompaniment.
To be fair the midway point does liven up a bit musically. But it segues back to its basics for an “Answers” remix at the end.
