Delphic, whose debut album ‘Acolyte’ entered the UK charts at number 8, have announced a new run of tour dates and plans for their next single ‘Halcyon’.
The band are currently on a sold out tour of the country which includes three shows in London, the final being at Cargo on Feb 22. After exceptional critical reaction to the album and live show and Top 3 placings in both this years BBC Sound Poll and Brits Critics Choice awards, the March tour sees the band step up to bigger venues as their position as one of Britain’s most exciting new artists, and reputation for a thrilling live experience gathers pace.
The next single ‘Halcyon’ will be backed by a brand new track ‘Wake’. Remixes of ‘Halcyon’ will come from Michael Mayer (Kompakt), L-Vis 1990 (Tres Cool), Julio Bashmore and Deadboy.
Outside of the UK, the band are also starting to make considerable waves with excellent reaction to the album throughout the world and current single ‘Doubt’ finding it's way onto the airwaves in many countries already. Delphic have a European Tour lined up for February, as well as shows in Australia and Japan, and were amongst the first bands to be announced for this years Coachella festival in the USA where they release a debut EP next month.
