Frontman Dave Grohl has revealed the band are to start recording their next studio album in september.
Grohl, who is also set to release new material with Them Crooked Vultures this year has said that the band he heads up had just started the writing process for what will be their seventh studio album.
“Foo Fighters have just started writing and we're going to start recording in September so life is full of music,” the guitarist/drummer told BBC 6 Music.
John Paul Jones of Them Crooked Vultures said the band hope to record their second album “by the end of summer, something like that.”
