Summer Lovin'

Right, as I am off on Holidaaay (in the words of Madonna) on Friday I thought I’d look forward to the summer and the thought of afternoons in beer gardens and long weekends at festivals.

I have decided that this summer is going to be lovely and sunny and I WILL NOT be packing my wellies for any festival excursions I go on this year. I won’t need them and it’ll be sunglasses and cold tinnies all the way 

There are so many festivals to fill up those summer months now though, how do you decide which one or ones to go to. Personally, I’d like to spend the entire summer just going from one to the next… can I pass that off as work being the editor here? Hmmmm….

Leeds was my first ever festival, some years ago now when Guns ‘n’ Roses and The Prodigy headlined. I fell in love with it then and have been back every year since. I have been to a few others in my time, I’m not just a Leeds fanatic but it still holds the dearest place in my heart.

Anyway, back down to earth and back to the not so dreary today (yay for blue skies!) On the site this week we have, a competition to win Audio Bullys tickets, interviews with Let’s Go to War and Delorentos and Roachford, Nick Harper and The Crave are all playing live near you soon!
