Following last summer’s double header of 'Waves' and 'Death Suite', Berlin's Boys Noize and London's Erol Alkan come together once again with two more exercises in modern electronica.
‘Avalanche’ and ‘Lemonade’ are both synapse-shorting peak time, state of the art sensory overloads designed to cause maximum musical madness in any crowded room. ‘Avalanche is the deeper track, a seductively bleeping mission to the heart of the rave, while ‘Lemonade’ is the noisier twin, a fizzing explosion in a sine wave factory. Released less than 24 hours ago, the tracks now sit at the top of Beatport's Electronica and Indie Dance/Nu Disco charts respectively. Released on Erol’s own label Phantasy, these are both set to be massive anthems this summer.
Erol and Boys Noize play two back-to-back sets in the coming months…
Saturday 27th March: Ultra, Miami
Sunday 2nd May: Wax On, Sheffield
And following last year’s 5 hour set at Bugged Out, on April 1st Erol will return to Fire in Vauxhall (London) to play an all night long 7 hour set. DURRR are hosting Room 2 with sets from residents Rory Phillips and The Lovely Jonjo.
