Just One Night is the storming new single from Suffolk five-piece The Cheek. Produced by Ed Buller (Suede, Pulp), it explodes with youthful hedonism and exuberance. Short and sharp, not a second or a sound is wasted with taut drums, punchy guitars and a simple, classic, irresistible chorus – “In just one night, you gotta hold on me”.
Five school friends from Woodbridge who formed the band when they were 14, The Cheek recently relocated to London. To celebrate the move they lined up some gigs in the capital, playing Madame JoJo’s, The Flowerpot, and St Moritz, and they embark on their first headline tour in April, all dates below.
The Cheek’s debut album Lovers’ Quarrel will be released in the summer.
