Noisia – Split The Atom

2010 has been the year that Noisia blew the doors off expectation and wowed fans across the world with their debut album “Split The Atom”. Earning rave reviews in both the dance and mainstream worlds, the album gave even more than their burgeoning career had promised and they return with the release of the “Split The Atom” single on May 31st.

Fresh from their assault on WMC, their bone-crunching album release shows in their native Netherlands where walls of death slammed across the dancefloors and their all conquering set at London’s Fabric, the Dutch trio bring the most commercial track on the album to the fore, whilst never once easing up on the thumping basslines they’re known for.

With a hook as catchy as anything heard on the radio and the relentless energy that typified their sound on the album, Noisia are able to combine the best of both worlds and are sure to gain even more exposure with this track. Remixes come from Bar9 and Ed & Optical, covering the gamut of electronic beats which are sure to resonate with an army of listeners across the music spectrum.

In the year that the Hadron Collider was switched back on and successfully split the atom literally, Noisia are ready to pick up the gauntlet laid down by science and do the same sonically. With a fanbase that has already grown in the first few months of this year, the “Split The Atom” single is sure to carry that on into the summer where they will no doubt destroy any festival they touch down in.
