When he's not performing in sold out venues across the UK, alongside his beat unleashing amigo dan le sac, Scroobius Pip can often be found performing his words and rhymes unaccompanied while also vehemently championing his compadres in the spoken word scene from which he originally sprang. And this is most evident in his curation of the spoken word line ups at Camp Bestival each year and the Satin Lizard Lounge spoken word gigs he put on at Pure Groove last year (and the podcast series created from it).
