James Corden and Dizzee Rascal – Shout

Unofficial World Cup anthem ‘Shout’ featuring Dizzee Rascal, James Corden and England Fans stormed to the top of the singles chart today after just 4 days on sale beating Tinie Tempah’s ‘Frisky’.

‘Shout’ sold a massive 113,246 copies since Wednesday whilst ‘Frisky’ sold 87, 209 copies last week.

“Shout by Shout for England” is an infectious reworking of 80’s Tears for Fears classic 'Shout' and Blackstreet’s ‘No Diggity’ led by James Corden and England Fans and featuring Dizzee Rascal’s inimitable rap written specially for the track.

Simon Cowell masterminded the collaboration with Dizzee, Nick Cage, James Corden and Talk Talk, to unite England for its team.

The original release date of 13th June was scrapped last weekend due to public demand following Dizzee and James performance on ITV1’s Britain’s Got Talent Final last Saturday. Instead the record was rush released last Wednesday after fans vocals had been added to the track.

Thousands of England Fans had called the TalkTalk freephone lines to join the chorus and help Dizzee and James back their team to glory in South Africa.

Dizzee and James are donating all of their royalties from sales of the track to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
