Frankie And The Heartstrings On Tour With Summer Camp

Frankie & The Heartstrings are pleased to announce a seven-date co-headline tour with Summer Camp for September/October. Tickets go on sale 9am, Friday 16 June. The dates are:

The Sunderland five-piece, who played their debut London headline show at the 100 Club on 3 June to a packed-out crowd, are limbering up for their Glastonbury Festival performance (Saturday, early afternoon on the Park Stage) and appearances at Wakestock, Lounge On the Farm, Latitude, Summer Sundae, the Edinburgh Fringe (with label-mates Sky Larkin) and Reading & Leeds. Frankie & The Heartstrings are also set to play live at the launch for NO REDEMPTION THE 1984–85 MINERS’ STRIKE IN THE DURHAM COALFIELD, a book with photographs by Keith Pattison and words by David Peace. The band have featured Keith Pattison’s images from the Strike of 1984-85 on two of their vinyl releases – their limited edition live 10” EP 12.09.09 and 7” single Tender / Want You Back.

F&TH are currently grafting away on their debut album in a cellar somewhere in Sunderland.
