Five Annoying Things About Gigs

Everytime I go to a gig, there's bound to be at least three of these things that'll happen. You might agree or disagree but here they are:

1. People on shoulders

Fair enough if you can't get that good of a view but do you really have to ruin it for someone else by just getting on someones shoulders randomely obscuring the view of the person behind you?

2. Drinks Being Thrown Around

The last thing I want whilst watching a band play is to be soaked by a cup of booze or water that's thrown by someone in the crowd. The worst incident of this i remember was at Leeds Festival 09 and someone near me had the misfortune of it being urine, not funny.

3. Bands Without Energy

Seriously, The crowd has paid money and all you do is stand around and do f**k all. Put a bit of effort into it.

4. “Fans”

The band aren't here just to play that one single you've only heard on the radio. Okay, it might be a good song but stop shouting all the time asking them to play it. They have a lot more in their catalogue.

5. Bottlers

There's nothing more disrespectful to a band than throwing random objects to them on the stage. Don't like them, why did you come anyway?
