Kelis, Faithless, Tinchy Stryder and Gabriella Cilmi Added To T4 On The Beach Line Up

The unmissable event of the summer is almost here as T4 On The Beach 2010 gets ever closer. With just two weeks until the event, Channel 4 today reveals the final acts that will be performing in Weston-super-Mare on Sunday 4th July.

US R&B singer-songwriter Kelis swaps Harlem for Weston-super-Mare as she makes her beach debut. The American, who recently had chart success with ‘Acapella’, will bring her ‘Milkshake’ to the beach and will get the crowds dancing in the sand.

Foxy Australian singer Gabriella Cilmi will be unleashing her powerful vocals as she belts out her hits including ‘Sweet About Me’ and ‘Sanctuary’ that have propelled her to success. The teenage Aussie popstrel is sure to get the hearts of male music fans racing when she takes to the stage.

Get your hands in the air! Masters of the party anthem, Faithless are a certainty to get the beach party firmly pumping as they drop their smash-hit anthems on the T4 crowd. Famed for unforgettable tracks including ‘Insomnia’ and ‘God Is A DJ’, the dance legends will perform an inimitable set that will be remembered for years to come.

After proving popular at T4 On The Beach in 2009, rapper Tinchy Stryder makes his return. With his catchy singles and winning collaborations, the Star In The Hood is bound to go down a treat yet again.

Up-and-coming hotshots Diagram Of The Heart will be hoping to make their mark, having already attracted a celebrity fanbase which includes Fearne Cotton and Colin Farrell. The new British band will showcase their unique sound to the crowd, hoping their celebrity fans will follow them down to the beach.

For those who weren’t able to get their hands on a ticket, T4 On The Beach sponsored by Aygo by Toyota, will broadcast in a packed 3 hour 45 minute show on Channel 4 on Sunday 4th July from 2pm followed by a repeat of all of the action on the 4Music channel from 5.45pm. Further highlights from the day will be screened across Channel 4 and 4Music with details to be announced nearer the time. Fans should also keep watching T4 to be in with a chance of winning the last pair of Golden Circle tickets.
