4 parties old and HAUS has firmly made itself at home at 93 Feet East with the likes of Justin Robertson, Soft Rocks and The 2 Bears’ Raf Daddy joining hosts Slutty Fringe on the decks.

For July’s party team Fringe has joined forces with the latest addition to Croatia’s thriving festival scene, Stop Making Sense, to get us firmly in the summer spirit.

Headlining the night are the Mercury and Brit nominated Friendly Fires. Now generally when bands make an appearance in the DJ booth, we make our excuses and leave, Friendly Fires though are a different proposition altogether.

From their very first release featuring an inspired cover of house classic ‘Your Love’ it’s been clear that dance music is in these boys blood, and over the years the band’s DJ sets mixing up techno, house, disco and electro have kept them in high demand at clubs all over the world.

Joining them are some of the other highlights of the festival including the criminally good blogging/DJ’ing/label owning duo Allez Allez, Girlcore’s Naomi, Brighton’s Leon Lace, the Slutty Fringe chaps and a live set of squelchy Balearic disco from Loose Fit.

Brick Lane may lack the crystal blue waters of the Adriatic and the guaranteed sunshine but for one night at least a little Croatian magic is guaranteed to rub off on London’s East End.
