JLS - The Club Is Alive
Album Review

JLS – The Club Is Alive

Since the birth of JLS on The X Factor, the boys have always had something extremely likable about them, whether it’s as a group or their poptastic music.

Since the end of the TV show and the birth of their first album, you can see the boys changing and growing before our eyes. It’s no surprise they’ve tried to do the same with their latest track ‘Club is Alive’ .

With chart topping hits, ‘Everybody In Love’, ‘One Shot’ and ‘Beat Again’ it comes as no surprise why teenage girls are falling over themselves with such love and fandom for these four boys. Even though their debut album was such a huge hit only these previous three singles are being released from it. The new tune ‘Club Is Alive’ is the first taken from their forthcoming album set to hit the shelves in November 2010. It’s also the first single released in the US, with the hopes of following in the rare popularity of UK Urban artist Jay Sean.

The latest track sees the boys using a combination of their well known pop sound with some electronic and dance samples. Giving them a new edge to what we’ve seen and heard before but not showing off their vocal talents as much.

Maybe they’ve tried to change themselves to fit the US market a little more snugly? Who knows but with their fan base in the UK and interest from the US I think most people are looking forward to what is coming next from these four.
