Katy says:
“Last year we released the first song from our yet to be released album on our dear friends Chess Club's 7″ label but since then we have found a home at the wonderful Wichita Records and they were feeling left out so they are releasing the song – Yo Mama – on Monday July 5th as a digital single accompanied by two covers. One is of Guns of Brixton by The Clash. We worked out the song for a one off show celebrating London at the Barbican earlier in the year and thought it would make a nice little B-side so there it is. The other is a version of All In My Grill by Missy Elliot which we've been playing live for a little while. You can listen to all three songs here…”
