With an impressive roll call of previous award winners and industry favourites, including David Bowie, Brian Wilson, Coldplay, Rod Stewart, Paul Weller, Sir Cliff Richard and many more, this year’s event has been no exception. The first Silver Clef Awards was back in 1976, the event raised £12,000. Now in its 35th year it has raised in excess of £7.5 million and has again been a highlight in the music and entertainment social calendar.
