Aggro Santos – Saint Or Sinner
After the huge success of his debut single, the soon-to-be silver certified Candy (#5 in the UK charts, peaking at #2 on itunes, over 200K records sold), Aggro Santos releases his follow up record, Saint Or Sinner, on 22nd August 2010, through Mercury / Future Records.
Produced by Flukes (Crazy Cousinz) and mixed by Phil Tann (LL Cool J, Beyonce), Saint Or Sinner is a gargantuan summertime smash that harks back to the happy days of early ‘90’s old skool – euphoric piano progressions throughout and a hook you’ll hear over and over again this summer. Remixes come courtesy of man of the moment Rack N Ruin (Damian Marley & Nas,) and Tonka (Ellie Goulding, La Roux). Add to this a good-time, canival style video and you have a package that is set to take Aggro Santos right to the very top this August.
From Balham, South London, Aggro Santos started making music five years ago – a young 13-year-old having bought his first computer and music production software. His goal was to make himself a household name on the streets of London. Starting out as a budding producer, he went on to work with a host of British talent including DJ Ironik and Giggs, before proving himself as an extremely talented MC in his own right. His debut single Candy ft Kimberly Wyatt went straight in at #5 in the UK charts, and remained in the top 5 for 5 weeks, selling in excess of 200,000 records.
Saint Or Sinner will be the second single to be taken for Aggro’s forthcoming album, out 6th September Aggro Santos will be supporting Chipmunk on his Shine Shine summer UK tour, below:
