Lily Allen 'Smile'-ing over pregnancy

25-year-old Lily Allen has revealed she and her partner Sam Cooper are expecting their first child together and is said to be absolutely delighted.

Reported by BBC Radio One's Newsbeat the London singer said It brings me great pleasure to tell you that Sam and I are expecting our first child. It goes without saying that we are both absolutely delighted.

The news follows Allen previously confirming that she is to take one or two years off from music, however she is yet to confirm whether she will still perform at this year's Big Chill festival and support Muse in September.
