Freeze festival is the UK's biggest Winter Sports and Music event which returns to London for its third year from October 29-31st.Held at Battersea power station, Freeze really is like no other festival. Over the weekend you can expect to be thoroughly entertained with some of the worlds best skiers and snow boarders competing on a specially built 100m long, 32m high real snow ramp. If the thought of a winter sports competition in the middle of London doesn't excite you, there's a spot of music to keep you ticking.
London born, New-York based producer/DJ Mark Ronson is top of the bill with his band; the Business Intl. After hitting big with the singles from his last album [Version], he's back and is already in the UK top 10 with Bang Bang Bang. Mark commented:
“'I remember standing in Battersea Power Station once and thinking that this would be the coolest place to play a gig. And now we're actually getting to put one on as part of the Freeze festival. It's going to be ill.”
