Kasabian singer to carry on whilst band take break

Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan is set to carry on working whilst his bandmates take some time out from the band.

Having played their last show of their 'West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum' tour at this year's V Festival Tom told the News of the World that:””We are a super-tight rock band and we will be back in the studio before long.

“”I will do something musically in between. And I'm thinking of doing a TV documentary – I am just going to see what comes up.””

The band have been on tour since the album was released last year and will take a well deserved rest as guitarists Serge Pizzorno and Chris Edwards prepare for fatherhood.
