Bruno Mars has announced details of his debut album which is to be titled 'Doo-Wops & Hooligans'.
The singer, who features on B.o.B's number one hit 'Nothin' On You' and Travie McCoy's 'Billionaire', will release his first major studio album in the US on October 5, a UK release date has not yet been confirmed.
Rap Up reports that the album will be a mix of genres, including reggae, folk and ’50s pop. The LP also features production by the Smeezingtons, a trio of songwriters who have recently worked with the Sugababes and Travie McCoy.
Mars has previously penned tracks for Justin Bieber, Flo Rida and Sean Kingston before finding solo fame.
He is due to open for Maroon 5's international tour in October.
