Solitary Man Release Date

Michael Douglas heads up an all-star cast in this engaging modern drama about the twists and turns in the life of a once-successful businessman. Solitary Man, also starring Mary-Louise Parker, Jenna Fischer, Jesse Eisenberg, Imogen Poots with Susan Sarandon and Danny DeVito, will be released 4th October.

Ben Kalmen is a fifty-something New Yorker and former successful car dealer who is on a down turn in his life after losing his business through a series of bad decisions. He’s almost going through a mid-life crisis, involved with unsuitable young women, estranged from loved ones and being careless with money. On the brink of a come-back Ben could be about to throw it all away again because he is still making the same mistakes! Will he ever learn about the importance of love, family and respect?

A complex family story that brilliantly highlights the mistakes a man can make when he doesn’t realise that what he really wants and needs is right under his nose.
