Following the release of last single 'Loose Change', tour dates with Elliot Minor and cult heroes The Get Up Kids and triumphant performances at Download and Sonisphere, STRAIGHT LINES are now ready to hit the road again with the third single to be lifted from their debut album 'Persistence In This Game'.
Straight Lines have been busy demoing tracks for their as-yet-untitled second record which they hope to release in the first part of the New Year. First, the band will see out the year on the road on a support tour with fellow Welshmen Attack! Attack! and dates with Futures, Less Than Jake and Tiger Please (who feature Dane and Todd's brother Tyler Campbell). In support of their live shows the band will be releasing new single 'Say It For Your Sake' on download through Xtra Mile Recordings (Frank Turner, Crazy Arm, Far…) on 11th October.
'Say It For Your Sake' will be back with an exclusive acoustic version of 'Set Me On Fire And Feed me To The Wolves'. The original version of the track is also featured on their debut, and Kerrang! Radio's 'Album of the Week' 'Persistence In This Game'.
