Chromeo are proud to announce a new collaboration with Vampire Weekend singer and guitarist Ezra Koenig. Entitled I Could Be Wrong, the song will feature exclusively on the iTunes LP release of Chromeo’s forthcoming album, Business Casual (out 27th September).
Since the announcement of Business Casual, Chromeo have been a consistent presence in Hype Machine’s prestigious chart and recently bagged the top spot on two seperate ocassions. This impressive achievement allows the duo to lay claim to the crown of currently being one of the most blogged about artists in the world.
The catalyst for the growing flurry of attention is Chromeo’s current single Don’t Turn The Lights On – a tantalising taster of the slick Rick James meets Hall & Oats electrofunk treasures of Business Casual. There's also an eye-popping video and a quartet of heavyweight remixes including an epic prog-disco refit by Aeroplane.
In other news, Chromeo have returned the remix favour by lending their vocal magic to Aeroplane’s She Is A Superstar.
Chromeo hit the UK in November for their biggest tour yet in support of Business Casual. Their headline show at London’s Roundhouse is well on its way to being sold out and the full list of dates are as follows:
