The 20-year-old singer has forged a strong bond with her pooches Maggie, Noni and new puppy Miles and hates being apart from her pets.
She said: “Animals have always helped calm me down and helped me relax.
“They’re great to have. They’ve definitely become… I don’t have kids, but that’s the love that you feel. You’re so attached to them, and you want to be with them all the time. “
The ‘Tattoo’ hitmaker also admitted she regularly discusses her life with Miles.
She told America’s OK! magazine: “Yeah, I do talk to him sometimes, but it’s nice, he’s so cute.”
Jordin is currently training the youngest dog, and attempting to introduce him to some canine pals of his own.
She said: “He’s doing well. He’s young, nine months, and he’s getting used to meeting new dogs. People walk their dogs everywhere, so he’s making a lot of new friend.”
Jordin is not the only celebrity to love spending time with her dog – British beauty Elizabeth Hurley recently confessed she loves sleeping with her pet pooches.
She said: “The first thing I do when I wake up is kiss my dogs. All of whom sleep on top of me. Living in the country means I try to walk or run with the dogs every day. I have three Labradors and a Spaniel, all of whom are a lot fitter than me.”
