Following a three-year sabbatical The Concretes are back. Forthcoming single All Day is hitting the airwaves, new album WYWH is released in November and they’ve lined up a UK tour for December.
WYWH is the Concretes very own disco album. Not disco in a euphoric 70’s way but disco with a dark side. They’ll be showcasing tracks from the album at five UK dates.
Tickets are on sale from Thursday Sept 16th with TICKETS FOR THE LONDON SHOW AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY FROM ROUGH TRADE: link
DECEMBER:

Meanwhile The Concretes release the debut single from WYWH on October 11th. An ode to retreating from the world and spending all day with the one you love, All Day wraps a youthful naiveté around a genuine knack for pop melody.
Featuring frontwoman Lisa Milberg alone in an apartment surrounded by piles of books and diaphanous projections, the video for All Day reflects the hypnagogic mood of the song. Glowing with woven images, the video transports the song out of the ordinary into a magical, ethereal realm.
