Introducing… Kitty The Lion

The supremely talented Scottish quintet have been very busy this year, releasing singles through their own label Dead Hip Records and touring all over Scotland including a string of support slots with Duke Special, Amy MacDonald and John Smith, and their own sell-out shows in Glasgow. Their beautiful folk-pop songs earned them coveted slots at this year’s T In The Park, Rock Ness and Belladrum Festivals, as well as the attention of BBC Radio nationwide. The band also performed on STV last Friday on prime-time programme ‘The Hour’ (more info here: link) – a show deemed Scotland's best daily entertainment programme.

Kitty The Lion now release their highly anticipated second single as a double A-side. Recorded at Sugar Mountain Studios in Glasgow, ‘Gutted / Split Ends’ is released in physical and online format on 11th October 2010. These are two unabashedly catchy ‘roars’ your ears deserve to hear!
