Robbie Williams Doesn't Want To Continue His Solo Career – For Now

The 'Angels' hitmaker – who rejoined Take That in July, 15 years after quitting the group – is really enjoying working with Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald again and can't stand the thought of recording alone in the future.

He told German publication ZEITmagazin: “For now I don't feel like going into the studio to continue my solo career.”

As well as concentrating on Take That, Robbie is also focused on starting a family with his new wife, actress Ayda Field.

The 36-year-old singer said: “Ayda really wants it and I try everything to make her happy.”

Although he is married and preparing for children, the 'Shame' singer is still reluctant to become a mature man.

He said: “I know being grown up means taking responsibility for your life and be in society. But the way I see it you sacrifice a lot of joy and freedom at the same time and I don't find that very appealing. Emotionally I would like to be more mature, though.”
