No single comparison can be made to do the sound of hugely talented, new London 4-piece, ‘Life In Film’ justice and the obligatory name checks are more inspirational than influential.
“Sorry” out November 15th is the eagerly awaited debut release from Life In Film. The track is available to download for free from the bands web-site.
‘Sorry’ takes up the baton from where Kings of Leon’s buoyant melodies left off before they vanished into oblivion after their third album. The track captures lead singer Samuel Fry’s warm baritone, wrapping it around an intense epic sound that Interpol would love to stick on their fridge.
Witnessing the intensity and emotional heft of their captivating sound either live or on tape is truly powerful. Catch them now as they play a handful of forthcoming dates around the capital for these are sure to be one of the most important bands of 2011.
