Introducing… You Love Her Coz She's Dead

In early 2008, Paris-based music & fashion label, Kitsuné invited YOU LOVE HER COZ SHE'S DEAD to be a part of the 'Gildas & Masaya – Paris' compilation (2008) with the track 'Wizards' alongside rare & exclusive tracks from Hot Chip, Little Boots, Chemical Brothers, Digitalism & more. This was released on Kitsuné in May 2008 in Japan, and June in the (UK/World).

YOU LOVE HER COZ SHE'S DEAD were then invited with track, 'Superheroes' to be a part of a compilation alongside La Roux, Digitalism, Pnau & A-Trak on Kitsuné Maison 6 (2008), toured Europe and then in November 2008 released the debut EP on Kitsuné (Paris) entitled, 'Inner City Angst' on The vinyl initially sold out but was then re-pressed a second time, which quickly sold out again.

In October 2008 YOU LOVE HER COZ SHE'S DEAD were asked to perform on SKINS (Series 3/Episode 7) whilst playing a Kitsune show in Paris, YLHCSD perform 'Superheroes' in a club fight scene incl. Cook, JJ, Katie & Effy from the cast. This was aired on E4, Channel 4, constantly on 4OD to this day and is available on DVD.

2009 saw 2 x DIY-releases of 'Me Versus You' on 500 limited white 7″ vinyl (SOLD OUT) & 'Young Tender Hearts Beat Fast’ released on limited red vinyl (500 copies) stocked by stores such as Roughtrade & HMV in Feb 2010 via Glasstone Records.

Popular skateboarding “SKULL & BONES” DVD included YLHCSD on their latest release.

Since then YLHCSD have been working on a self-titled album that will be released Valentine’s Day 14th Feb 2011 with digital singles on 29th Nov 2010 & 31st Jan 2011 on Glasstone Records.
