The Maccabees – Walking In The Air

The Maccabees’ cover of Walking In The Air from the film adaptation of children’s book The Snowman is available now to download from iTunes, just in time for Christmas.

The south London five-piece recorded their unique take on the song during a recent live recording session for On Track With SEAT for Channel 4, which was broadcast on 8th December. Due to demand from fans and a Facebook campaign to get it released, the song is now available to download.

The Maccabees are currently writing the follow-up to their acclaimed second album Wall of Arms (Fiction Records). The new record is expected a late 2011 release.
