New Year's Resolutions

Happy New Year! Isn’t it incredible how the beginning of a new year brings so much hope to people? They can put the trials and tribulations of the past twelve months behind them and start a fresh as January rolls round again.

We all vow to make changes to our lives with the usual resolutions of losing weight, getting fit, learning something new or giving up an old habit… but does anyone ever really stick to them? For longer than a few weeks at least? I have decided this year to make a slightly different new year’s resolution. I have decided that I am going to be more positive, I’m not going to sweat the little things and I’m going to speak my mind. Scary thought… especially that last one, but here goes… wish me luck! What about you? Any new year’s resolutions you’d like to commit to the internet for everyone to see and try and hold you to?

Anyway, we have lots of fabulous things on the site this week to ease you back into the world of the living and out of the chocolate induced living coma that, at least I, slipped into over the festive season. Ferrero Rocher is a suitable breakfast isn’t it? Anyway, we have new videos from Breton, Young O and Swimming. We have interviews with Sound Of Guns, Lucy Liu and Athlete. Also, we have competitions to win a Jimi Hendrix DVD, an LTD Watch and a Tim Minchin DVD. As if all that wasn’t enough Janiece Myers, Judy Collins, Don Broco and Let Loose are all hitting the road. GO!
