Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, the minds behind some of today’s most hilarious movies (The Other Guys, Talladega Nights) and the web sensation FunnyorDie.com, update the teen sex comedy for the internet age with THE VIRGINITY HIT, debuting on DVD on March 14 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Written and directed by Andrew Gurland & Huck Botko (The Last Exorcism), THE VIRGINITY HIT features an exciting cast of young comic actors, including newcomers Zack Pearlman (making his film debut), Matt Bennett (Nickelodeon’s “Victorious”) and Krysta Rodriguez (TV’s “Gossip Girl”), in the raunchy and ribald tale of friends who decide to videotape that most exhilarating and terrifying rite of passage: losing your virginity.
Synopsis
From the guys behind Step Brothers comes THE VIRGINITY HIT, an outrageous mockumentary about trying to lose your virginity while the whole world watches. Matt is the last of his buddies to lose his virginity. With his stepbrother recording his every humiliating move and posting it online, Matt gets revenge on his cheating girlfriend, breaks the law, gets a sexy cyber offer too-good-to-be-true, meets the porn star of his dreams and becomes an Internet sensation in the process. Getting laid was never this funny.
