In Cardiff, Gwen and her husband Rhys attempt to put their fertility problems behind them and salvage their relationship when they find themselves on Rhys’ photography placement trip in Patagonia. Meanwhile an Argentine grandmother, Cerys is planning on a trip to Wales to discover her family’s farm before they emigrated to Patagonia. She decides to bring her nephew Alejandro to chaperone, and in Wales he finds romance with a local girl, Sissy.

Patagonia is out March 4th.
