Foo Fighters are set to release a covers album to celebrate Record Store Day next month.
The album, named 'Medium Rare', will be released on vinyl in stores participating in the scheme on April 16.
Among the tracks on the record are versions of Pink Floyd, Prince and Paul McCartney and Wings tracks that Foo Fighters have previously played live.
Also featured is a version of Mose Allison's 'Young Man Blues', which the band performed at the Shockwaves NME Awards last month with The Who's Roger Daltrey
And it will be interesting to hear Grohl & co cover classics like Cream’s I Feel Free and Baker Street, the Gerry Rafferty hit.
