Elizabeth Taylor Dies At 79

Liz Taylor was perhaps more in recent years remembered for her reputation and temper than for her acting skills, but she leaves behind her an impressive filmography. She passed away after a long battle with heart failure.

To name but a few of her more famous films Cat On the Hot Tin Roof, Giant, Whose Afraid Of Virginia Woolf?, The Taming Of The Shrew and Cleopatera which once marked her as the highest paid actress in Hollywood. The latter three she also did with twice married and divorced husband Richard Burton. She was the recipiant of two Academy Awards for Leading Actress.
