Dub Pistol Releases Free Mix For Download
Head honcho of the Dub Pistols, Barry Ashworth, has released his On A Breaks Mission Vol 2 Mix 2011 mix, and you can download it freely now by following the Soundcloud link at the top of this page.
The mix is Ashworth's way of gearing up for a string of Dub Pistols DJ/live shows throughout Europe, before countless dates across UK clubs this summer – not to mention festival season.
Dub Pistols also have their new album, Re Hash released in May on Sunday Best. The album features hand-picked tracks from their previous three releases all re-worked, re-jigged and re-hashed by some legendary dance producers.
Remixers include Ex-Leftfield man Paul Daley, Matthew ‘Bushwacka’ B, the man behind the recently released ‘re-worked’ Roots Manuva album, Wrong Tom, Exter’s own thrill seekers Ben & Lex, bassbin masters 2 Bit Thugs and Manchester’s finest, Kouncil House.
