Reports: Warner Music Group Sale Imminent
Reports this morning (May 3rd) are suggesting that the sale of Warner Music Group is expected in the next few days for £1.8 billion.
The group, that includes Atlantic Records, Reprise Records and EastWest Records, is wanted by both the Gores brothers – who own a series of media/communications companies – and Russian tycoon Len Blavatnik, who already owns shares in the company.
