Introducing: Axel Loughrey

Meet Axel Loughrey, the Parisian former-frontman of band Ruby Red Lips.

Axel picked up his first guitar aged 8, and hasn't looked back since. Championed by the likes of Jo Whiley and Channel 4 Music, Loughrey is trying his luck across the North Sea, on our fair UK shores.

With two self-released EPs already in the bag, comparisons have been drawn to Loud Reed's Underground. Draw your own conclusions with the video for his forthcoming single “Love Thing”, released May 16th.
