Liam Gallagher “Hates” Glastonbury

In an interview where both sides battled hard to be lowest common denominator, Liam Gallagher has told the News Of The World that the festival isn't what it was.

“I hate Glastonbury. I'm never going there again. The sound is sh*t and really quiet,” he said.

“And now it's like Bond Street with mud, with loads of celebrities walking around in their boots and umbrellas. I'm not having it.”

This year's Glastonbury is headlined by Beyonce, Coldplay and U2 – with tickets already sold out. I get the feeling they're not too bothered by Gallagher's comments.
