Singer of Welsh supergroup Stereophonics Kelly has been talking to BANG Showbiz about how the new 'phonics album is coming along:
“The album is really good so far. We've been in the studio for a few weeks and we're off to Europe next week to do some more recording.
“The style is a bit different, we're doing some stuff for films so you'll have to wait and see.”
Kelly was talking at the premiere of AC/DC's Live At River Plate DVD in London, and the singer/guitarist also said he finds it “f*****g unbelievable” how AC/DC are “still kicking every young band up the ass,” despite having enjoyed an almost 40 year career.
He added: “They keep themselves to themselves and they keep all the bull s**t for the stage, unlike 90 per cent of the industry.
“For a band to be doing that for as long as they've been doing it and still kicking every young band up the ass is f*****g unbelievable. They are one of my favourite bands I've ever seen since I was a kid. I'm the biggest AC/DC fan in the country.”
