Enter Shikari Announce New Single, Live DVD And Tiny LDN Show

St. Albans' finest Enter Shikari have announced the release of a brand new stand-alone single that doesn't feature on any album, or coincide with any live dates; “it was finished, and everyone was so excited by it, that the general consensus was that it was better placed in fans' hands than gathering dust on a disc in the office waiting for the 'right' time to release it”. That's nice.

Entitled “Quelle Surprise” and recorded in London with Dan Weller (who also recorded last year's single “Destabilise”), the track further pushes the boundaries already pushed to infinitum by Rou & co. It's due for a digital release on 19th May as part of an EP that will also include two remixes of “Destabalise” – one by Rou under his production moniker ROUT.

Also announced in the release date of their long-awaited live documentary Live From Planet Earth” – the video above coming from this DVD that will be released on Monday July 11th.

Finally – Enter Shikari are due to play a tiny London show at Cemden Dingwalls on June 15th. Tickets are extremely limited and are available from midday on Saturday 14th May, only at the official Enter Shikari website – link.
