Stacey Kent's “Hushabye Mountain” Version Causing Waves

Stacey Kent's rendition of “Hushabye Mountain”, the much-loved song from the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is currently featured in a TV advertising campaign, prompting a whole new wave of interest in the New York born jazz star.

Kent's fans range from Clint Eastwood to Steven Tyler, to Bill Gates, the Grammy-nominated artist having the ability to find new levels of intimacy and emotion in her music that others struggle to attain.

This renewed interested has prompted Candid Records to re-release a selection of Stacey's best songs in a new collection. To accompany this, she is playing a host of dates in the UK this May/June – more information about these dates can be found by following this link.

“Hushabye Mountain” will be performed on the tour, and is available to download from May 30th. The collection of her songs, released at a later date, bears the same title.
