Introducing: Luke White

23 year old Luke White has penned The Performing Man EP – three self-produced songs that whet your appetite for his debut album, tentatively penciled for a release date later in the year.

Having decided that he wasn't strictly au-fait with how music was “taught” during his A levels, Luke decided to compile his own studio at home and begin to teach himself.

Using both guitar and piano, Luke admits he doesn't really have an end-goal when he begins writing. “I didn't have an overall plan for what the album should sound like but used whichever instruments and sounds worked for each song.” he says; don't start mate. You're writing good, fluid, ethereal pop – keep it up.

More information about Luke White can be found at his Facebook page (link).
