Justice - Civilisation
Album Review

Justice – Civilisation

Chances are, you know this song; you just don’t know that you know it yet.

To begin with, Justice’s new single doesn’t do much to charm the listener, as twisted guitar lines and background cymbals make it seem more like an amateur recording than a well-known dance act’s lead single from their new album… Then the chorus comes in.

“Civilization” possesses perhaps the biggest chorus of the summer; mixing an insanely catchy hook with massive production values, as well as huge mainstream exposure courtesy of the recent Adidas advertisement, the single is easily good enough to propel Justice straight back into the stratosphere. If the rest of the album is anywhere near the level of the single, then Justice have a modern day classic on their hands.
