Patrick Wolf has released the video for his track “House” – a track that appears on his forthcoming album Lupercalia, released June 20th.
Lupercalia is the South London musician's follow-up to 2009's The Bachelor – an album that he sold shares in for its completion after parting ways with Universal Records during its creation. He explained in 2008 to NME that he planned to sell £10 shares of the album on bandstocks.com: “Basically, you can invest in the finishing of the album and the production of it, and you get a share in the album. So you almost become part of the record company, like a co-owner of the album.”
Lupercalia is Wolf's first release on Hideout, a subsidiary of Mercury Records. More information about Patrick Wolf can be found by following this link.
