Athlete To Go On Stripped Back UK Tour
Athlete have announced a brand new tour seeing them perform their hits stripped back. The band will be performing all of their big songs to date plus a selection of song from all their acclaimed albums spanning their ten year career in way you won't have heard before.
Since bouncing to prominence eight years ago with their Mercury-nominated debut Vehicles and Animals, Athlete have established themselves amongst the UK's finest songsmiths. The south-east Londoners have sold more than a million copies of their three hit albums, as well as 2005's Tourist and 2007's Beyond The Neighbourhood; packed out venues across the land, bagged and Ivor Novello award and topped album and airplay charts.
The band recently released a singles collection spanning their whole career.
